| • | Orders will be shipped FOB Amsterdam. All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped. When I receive order it will be invoiced including shipping costs and emailed or faxed to you with payment instructions. |

| • | Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Any damage to the contents
or missing items should be reported immediately to both the carrier and to
Euro-American Marketing. Claims of defects or shortages must be made to
Euro-American Marketing within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns will be
for exchange only and must be authorized by Euro-American. All prices are
subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect
at time of order. I cannot assume responsibility for problems or damages that
arise from any applied processes beyond my control. All taxes and duties for
International shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. All delivered
items not paid in full remain the property of Euro-American Marketing.
Euro-American is a Dutch registered company so Dutch law applies. |
